Accommodations
The Hood House has four rooms, which share two bathrooms, however, unrelated guests will never be asked to share a bathroom. The house is considered full with two unrelated couples. There are three queen beds, two twins and a double futon in the office which can be used as an extra room if one party books the entire house. All Prices include a hearty country style breakfast. If no breakfast is desired, the fee will be discounted by $10 per person. Children under 12 stay free. We accept all major credit cards.

Policies
The Hood House is non-smoking, but ashtrays are provided outdoors. Please call about pets. We regret that we are not wheelchair accessible. The rooms are on the second floor and we do not have an elevator. We do not require a deposit, and cancellations may be made up until the time of stay except when booking the whole house for one group. For whole house bookings, cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50%.
